Colorado Knife Sharpening does things a bit differently than other sharpening companies. We do not have lots of people sharpening knives. We find it easier to maintain quality control this way.
Most companies are happy to receive your knives packaged any which way. Over many years we have received boxes and envelopes of knives with blades protruding from the package. FedEx and UPS did not find this amusing. This is not only unsafe for carriers; it is also unsafe for your knives.
